Sunday, July 16 was a day for twofold celebration at the World Para Athletics Championships in the English capital – as Italians, and as Human Tecar. Our very own Martina Caironi was totally amazing as she ran 100 meters in 14.65 seconds, hardly appearing to touch the ground. All her training and treatment prior to this third consecutive world title (not to mention her triumphs at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympics) were obviously worth it – and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank Stefano Punzo at the Human Tecar Center in Bergamo, who worked very hard for many weeks alongside her, integrating Martina’s daily training routine with a personalized protocol of Human Tecar treatment – notably HCR and Human Tecar ViSS every day for maximizing resilience, strength and endurance.
In a video interview after one of the Human Tecar sessions in Bergamo, Martina confided she felt her muscles simultaneously “light” and “lively”. Both traits were evident as she literally ‘flew’ towards gold on Sunday.
That’s not all: we were still celebrating on Monday, July 17, when another great athlete we support – Emanuele Di Marino – won the bronze in the final 400m of the T44 category (in 55.70 seconds).
Way to go, Martina and Emanuele!
