Make that ‘has been going’ global, for Human Tecar has always invested in scientific research and it is now some time that our brand’s increasing internationalization means clinical studies are being conducted both on Italian soil and overseas. If Human Tecar presence within domestic borders is widespread in hospitals, universities and research centers, we now aim to increase our credibility even further elsewhere in Europe and beyond.
We are proud and happy to announce Human Tecar has just launched a collaboration with one of the most prestigious training centers in France in the healthcare sector... Excusez-nous, in the sector of santé: the Institut de Formation en Masso-Kinésithérapie of Montpellier, leading school of masso-kinesitherapy ever since its foundation in 1962.
We are collaborating on a scientific research on the use of Human Tecar in treating post-surgery edema and muscle injuries and in rehabilitation after knee and hip replacement surgery.
One of the features about IFMK that make it such a desirable scientific partner is its philosophy, integrating theory and practice, research and internships with clinics, hospitals, rehab centers and private practices; as well as its close collaboration with the Department of Medicine of Montpellier and its numerous collaborative relationships with major scientific and institutional partners, such as the Teaching Hospitals of Montpellier and Nîmes, the University of Montpellier, Paul Valéry University and many others.
Closely involved in the IFMK/Human Tecar project are IFMK Director Frédéric Rouvière, Serge Mesure, teacher and researcher both at the Montpellier school and at the University of Aix-Marseille, IFMK Deputy Director Bruno Boussagol, two masso-kinesitherapists at the school, Nadine Desjardins and Valérie Rouvière, as well as three students, Rudy Herrmann, Fanny Dessertine and Pierre Pena.
Thanks are due, as always, to our exclusive distributor for France, Élite Médicale, for their support.
