HUMAN TECAR VISS

Acts on the neuromuscular system to ‘switch off’ pain and enhance strength,
tissue trophism, muscle tone and balance. Human Tecar Vissrestores neuromuscular balance through an exchange of information with the Central Nervous System, thanks to the vibration sound system. Few minutes’ application is sufficient to swiftly reduce pain, ultimately eliminating the painful symptoms.

Focused vibration sound system technology, applies localized pressure, modulated with extreme precision – in frequency and intensity – by an innovative, globally patented medical device. The technology acts on the mechanoceptors adjacent to the muscles and tendons, restoring neuromuscular balance and muscle tone, eliminating pain almost immediately and getting the body to recover strength and coordination in a natural, non-invasive manner.

The Central Nervous System receives an enormous bulk of information from the environment: in the course of this swift and constant exchange throughout the day, the status of every single portion of the body is recorded, checked and instantly readjusted. The process is extremely complex and makes use of high-threshold mechanoreceptors known as Pacinian corpuscles. The outgoing response depends on the intensity of signal and the number of incoming transmissions: thus,
the more intense is the incoming signal, the more intense is the outgoing response, the higher number of active muscle fibers is involved, improving coordination, strength, endurance and resilience. Human Tecar Visss timulates mechanoreceptors by means of a square wave signal that manages to insert itself effectively into the exchange of information the CNS can receive and maintain, thanks to its plasticity.

Operating principle

Mechanical square waveprevalently operating under atmospheric pressure.

Human Tecar Viss, thanks to its special airflow modulator, produces a mechanical square wave that acts on the mechanoceptors in charge of sending signals to the Central Nervous System, thus reprogramming the neuromuscular system.
Wave parameters are modulated (frequency, amplitude and treatment time) so that treatment can be customized, tailoring therapy to the individual being treated and his/her particular requirements.

Operating principle

Lamellar Corpuscles (aka Pacinian Corpuscles)

Human Tecar Viss stimulates Lamellar (Pacinian) corpuscles, which are very rapidly adapting mechanoreceptors (sensory receptors), particularly sensitive to high-frequency vibration (60-300 Hz).

Airflow Modulator

Human TecarViss is made up of a blower connected to a special, patented Airflow Modulator that constitutes the heart of the technology. Therapy is carried out by applying anatomically molded transducers to the skin, which transfer the vibration produced by the square wave modulator to the individual being treated. The square waves’ intensity and frequency has been proven as effective on a wide variety of pathologies, with valid and stable results. What’s more, the technology has no adverse side effect.

Transducers

The transducers are made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) and fitted with a pad in skin-friendly Santoprenethat ensures perfect adhesion and comfort.

They come in six sizes, with shapes and dimensions designed for an ideal fit to the various body areas being treated, so the transducers always adhere to tissue and guarantee an airtight closure of circuit.

Membrane

Some transducers are equipped with a membrane that makes it possible to treat those areas where it’s difficult to get the transducer to perfectly adhere to skin tissue, as the membrane maintains vibration homogeneous even when contact is not complete.

Drastic reduction of recovery time

The technology works both automatically and by hand, and is easily integrated into classic therapy protocols; suited in numerous sectors of rehabilitation.

European, US and Russian patent

The Airflow Modulator is internationally patented (European Patent No. Ep1824439b1 – US Patent No. 11/792386 Russian Patent No. 2007125468).

Numerous studies published

The safety and effectiveness of this technology have been confirmed by international research and numerous published studies concerning vibration and its role in reprogramming and remodulating the neuromuscular system.
