"More than a team, it is a family. Exactly what I needed at this stage of my career". This is the thought and the mood of the team’s captain Damiano Cunego, whose biggest wins are: Tour of Italy (2004), Amstel Gold Race (2008), Giro di Lombardia (2004, 2007, 2008) and a silver medal in the World Championship in Varese in 2008. Thanks to his experience, Cunego leads a young group of great value.

The orange-blue team is the first professional Italian-Japanese team and implements a policy consolidated by the team’s general manager Francesco Pelosi, which consists in making the Italian talented athletes grow and building the Japanese talents for a more globalized cycling able to unite people and to bring the audience closer to this wonderful sport.

Experienced athletes, young upstarts, cutting edge methodologies: that's the recipe for success of Nippo-Fantini, that avails itself only of partners who can help enhance the moral, ethical and physical qualities of its athletes.

Human Tecar was selected as technical partner of the team and will follow the orange-blue athletes in this great and fascinating challenge.

We wish all our #orangeblue friends a successful season.
