Home | Humantecar Academy | Module 5: The Original Tecartherapy in the proprioceptive and perceptive activity of the foot
Module 5
INTRODUCTION
The feet are the base of support for the entire body. A perfectly functioning foot on a muscular, articular and bioenergetic level is essential not only to support the weight of the body with an anti-gravity action, but also to improve its ability to perceive movement, action and position in space. The feet are essential for the proprioception of the body.
Having an elastic and mobile but at the same time solid foot allows for greater balance, stability and coordination, essential qualities in everyday life, whether it is to obtain the best performance in a sports competition, or to reduce falls or improve motor development.
The Humantecar Specialist, thanks to the new technologies for barefoot proprioception combined with the Original Tecartherapy, now has an innovative methodology available that acts on joint flexibility, tissue elasticity, muscle tone-trophism and balance, guaranteeing a visible result from the first session. In just a few square meters of space it is possible to increase the well-being of a very wide audience by being able to treat the most varied cases, such as subjects affected by degenerative diseases (Parkinson's, etc.), elderly people with difficulty controlling their stability due to a sedentary lifestyle and sarcopenia, preventing falls, children with flat feet, athletes or dancers to ensure mastery of the technical gesture and strength training, and all those cases in which it is necessary to stimulate and strengthen the proprioceptive system.
Course
Biomechanical, vascular and bioenergetic restoration of the foot
The development of new specific therapeutic protocols for the foot on proprioceptive platforms Humantecar Mat and evidence-based exercise programs improve the quality of life, physical and psychological well-being of the patient. Even short therapy sessions are sufficient to ensure greater mobility and functional autonomy of the elderly person.
Target
Each participant will immediately acquire all the theoretical/practical skills to apply the new intensive and short-term protocols of the Original Tecartherapy on the foot. In addition, they will acquire the most effective techniques of controlled proprioceptive exercise barefoot suitable for different types of people and needs.
The program
