Employee Welfare: Human Tecar Viss improves workers' health and productivity, as testified by the University of Naples

Nola (Naples), April 14: Over 80 healthcare professionals attended the Human Tecar workshop and preview presentation of a major research conducted by Professor Clemente Servodio Iammarrone, Director of the School of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the “Federico II” University of Naples.

The research concerned ACOUSTIC-MECHANICAL VIBRATION THERAPY IN TREATING MECHANICAL LUMBAGO (LBP), assessing “whether treatment with focused vibrations were more effective compared to traditional protocols – in terms of pain relief and functional improvement –, and were therefore more useful to the purpose of rehabilitation in chronic, non-specific low back pain.”

Results were surprising, supplying further scientific evidence of the benefits of square-wave, focused acoustic-mechanical vibration, Human Tecar Viss. Professor Servodio Iammarrone and his team applied the study to 30 patients, equally divided into a control group, Group A, who were only subjected to 10 sessions of Mézières treatment, and a Group B, who underwent 10 Mézières sessions and an additional 5 sessions of Human Tecar Viss therapy in the lumbar district, where therapists “placed 6 transducers, 3 per side, corresponding to the paravertebral muscles, right and left, from L1 to S1”, at an “average frequency of 150 Hz for 30 minutes, for 5 sessions, 1 per week”.

Conclusion: “The effectiveness of vibratory therapy was statistically significant both in terms of pain relief and of reducing the disability”. Moreover, the study pointed out our Human Tecar Viss treatment led to “reduced recovery times” and a “high rate of therapeutic adherence”, “with useful repercussions on the reduced rate of absence from work”.

Thus, Human Tecar Viss is a valid means of ensuring employee welfare, maximizing performance and preventing injury both in everyday life and at work.
