DANCE - Star-worthy training and recovery for a Paris étoile

5 July, 2018 - Categories: Sport

Mathias Heymann, appointed étoile of the Paris Opera in 2009, after his performance as Lensky in John Cranko’s Onegin, is a world-renowned dancer with a packed agenda of physically demanding shows that require him to be in top condition, all the time.

Athletic excellence, needless to say, is only one of the fundamental criteria for a star dancer: artistic excellence and interpretive precision are just as essential. In order to hone every facet of his performance as an étoile, Heymann has chosen our technology for star-worthy training and recovery.

In particular, he makes regular use of Human Tecar® Viss. Supervised by his personal physiotherapist, Dimitri Gratia, Mathias daily improves balance, muscle tone and strength thanks to our focused, acoustic-mechanical vibration technology, ultimately maximizing performance on stage.
